We collect your name, email, address, phone, and country on registration. We also log the domains and DNS records you add, and account activity logs.
We use your data to operate the service, send security notifications (email verification, 2FA codes, password reset) and improve the service.
We use session cookies to maintain your login and a language preference cookie. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Passwords are stored with bcrypt hashing. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. We implement CSRF protection and email verification.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection. See their privacy policy at cloudflare.com.
You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by writing to privacy@shieldedns.com.
